Bright SEO maintains a strict **NO REFUND** policy for all its subscription plans, including Starter and Pro tiers.

Once a subscription starts or a payment is processed, it is final. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used billing cycles, nor do we offer refunds for any other reason.

Why We Have This Policy

Our Service incurs significant upfront costs for resources such as SERP scraping (Bright Data) and AI processing (OpenAI) the moment you generate a report or use the chat features. To maintain our high quality and competitive pricing, we cannot offer refunds after these resources have been utilized.

Trial and Evaluation

We encourage all users to review our service features, read our documentation, and ensure the tool meets their needs before subscribing. If you have questions about the service capabilities, please reach out to us before making a purchase.

Subscription Management

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, but no previous payments will be refunded.
